The room was a great size, 2x king size beds, I could not fault the room, so very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with a range of pillows. The staff were amazing, so friendly from my first encounter at reception to bar and restaurant staff to the room attendants, and they looked like they were working as a great team and enjoying themselves, so nice to see. We were stating for 2x nights a family member was having surgery next door at Ascot, such a close location to visit but also come back to a meal in the dinning room/bar or breakfast. Super easy.

Room was lovely and roomy, very clean and the bed was really really comfortable, I loved all the different ambient lighting and the room had a good feel to it. Breakfast was very good, though a bit expensive at $37 each there was a good selection of food, my only complaint is that the plates to put hot food on were cold and the dining area was chilly. The chef was great and he made my poached eggs to order and the staff were attentive and lovely. We were happy to pay for nightly parking of $20.00 and got a parking place near the entrance to the hotel.

Breakfast - plenty of choice, staff kept the buffet fully stocked. Dinner - staff very attentive and approachable. Buffet for1 meal - very good. A la carte 1 night - beautiful meal well presented. Room - very quiet and clean. Did not get disturbed from other guest entering & leaving their rooms . Parking - no problem with parking, staff were very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable, not rock hard and not too soft. Plenty of pillows that were also great. The tv was a decent size. The room itself was big and comfortable. Clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and kind. Even the cleaning staff were lovely. Handy being right next to the hospital.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. welcoming and made you feel like kids werent a burden. All our activities were a short drive so very central in that respect. Cleaners done a great job each day. Kids loved the corridors, the room, and atmosphere. Parking available on site.
